You will receive a surprise of 7-10 products that you will love! You will find cookies, chips, chocolates, granolas, baking mixes, crackers, snack bars, and much more. All products are guaranteed to be gluten free, corn free, soy free non GMO, low sugar. To make it more interesting, once in a while we ship personal care and household products.

Does my subscription auto-renew?

Signing up for Hey Gluten Free means opting into a subscription that auto-renews. Subscriptions will auto-renew for the same subscription period that you signed up for. We usually process payments on the 26th of each month, in advance of your next shipment, but it’s easy to cancel if you decide to do so.

When do I need to sign up to get this month’s box?

Sign up on or before the 6th of the month to get this month’s box! All orders processed after the 6th will ship the following month.

When does Hey Gluten Free ship?

We ship all our boxes on the same day every month. Sign up on or before the 6th of the month to receive that month’s box. All boxes ship within 1-3 business days after the 16th. You will receive a tracking notice when your box ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free of charge.

Where do you ship?

Hey Gluten Free ships domestically to the United States and its territories. Currently we don’t ship internationally.

When should I expect my box?

We typically ship within 1-3 days after the 16th of each month, depending on whether the day falls on a weekend or during a holiday. Your box should arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping.

Which carrier ships your boxes?

Boxes are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.

How do I update my account information?

To update your account information, login using your email address and password, then click My Profile or My Subscription at the top of the website. If you have any questions or run into any problems, please contact our support team at [email protected] or live chat.

How do I cancel my account?

If you’re not completely satisfied with Hey Gluten Free, you can unsubscribe at any time. You need to cancel it before your renewal day which is the 26th of each month. To cancel it please log into your account, click ‘Edit’ then hit ‘cancel the subscription button’, and hit ‘change’. You will receive cancellation confirmation email.

What if I don't like the products, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we don’t offer any refunds. The point of the subscription box is to allow you the opportunity to be exposed to many great gluten free products. We can’t promise you that you will like them all, but you are bound to find some great gems that agree with your taste buds!

What if I get a defective product?

How does auto-renewal work?

In order to avoid being automatically charged to renew your subscription, you will need to cancel before your next billing cycle. Every billing cycle starts on the 26th of each month

For example: if you no longer want to be a member for the month of October, you will need to cancel your subscription by September 26th.

If you miss this deadline, you will be charged and your plan will remain active. Unfortunately, there are no refunds.
